Appointments
Ultimate Tan accepts appointments or walk-ins.  However, we do recommend making
appointments to ensure unit availability at the time you would like.  Walk-ins may be
asked to wait until units become available.  You may make an appointment in several
ways:

Set your appointment in-person before or after your session.

Set your appointment over the phone by calling 408-287-8900.

Set your appointment by texting us at 408-931-3357


Follow these steps when setting an appointment:
Give your name.
Type of Unit (i.e. Level 1, Standup, Level 2 lay-down, Level 3, Ultrabronz, Magic Tan).
Time you would like.

If your unit is not available at a specific time, we will give you other times or upgrade
options.

We provide a 5 minute grace-period for appointments.  Beyond that, we cannot
guarantee availability.  Please reschedule if you cannot make your appointment.

Our last appointment is at 8:45 PM during the week and 4:45 PM on the weekends.  If
you have scheduled an appointment at 8:45 or 4:45, there is no 5-minute grace period.  
We will not accept visits after our last appointment time.  

If texting your appointment, please allow 2-3 minute response time.  If texting after
business hours, we will respond to you when we open.

If you would like, we may put you on a wait list in case there is a cancellation for a
future time slot.

At this time, there is no penalty for a no-show of your appointment.  This may change in
the future.  

If you stop by and we are booked for a time period, you may wait to see if there is a
no-show and you will be given that unit.  However, this does not happen that often.
